WELCOME TO OUR SERVICES – WITH SOME INFECTION PROTECTION MEASURES
You are welcome to worship together with us.
In order for everyone to have a safe and good experience of being at church, here is some information about how the infection control measures affect us:
Our chair setup consists of «fixed, designated seats», and then it is allowed with cohorts of 200 people. There will be registration, and some departments have pre-registration. Check what applies where you want to participate.
CHAIR SET UP
We are happy that we are blessed with a large and spacious room. This means that our chairs are set up in such a way that it is possible to comply with the 1 meter rule. People from the same household do not have to keep their distance.
FACE MASK WHEN YOU ARE MOVING
Several municipalities requires that you use face mask where it is not possible to keep a distance of 1 meter. This applies when we are moving in and out of the service, and are not able to keep a distance of 1 meter. You do not need to wear a face mask once you have found your place. Dispensers for hand disinfection are, as usual, available in several places on the premises.
HUGS AND HAND SHAKES
We follow the Government’s orders and recommendations, and avoid hugs, shaking hands and embracing (as you are fortunately used to at OKS). We still go a long way with a generous smile and eye contact with each other.
On the one hand, we want you to be able to enjoy the service in an almost normal way.
At the same time, it is important to us that you experience it as safe to be at church, and that we relate to the measures in a professional way, as we have also done for a year and a half through the pandemic.
If you are in quarantine, suspect being sick, have symptoms of respiratory infection or other mild symptoms, you cannot attend any services or other events.
